Vietnamese Spicy Chicken Salad

3 cups very thinly sliced green cabbage

1 Fresno chile thinly sliced

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

2 thin slices red onion

1 mini cucumber, chopped

3/4 cup shredded rotisserie chicken

1 tablespoon fish sauce

Juice from 1 lime

2 teaspoons chili oil

Sprinkling of chopped peanuts for garnish



Place all ingredients together in a large bowl and toss well!
